Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are
These terms apply to all competitions run on emryscompetitions.com by Emrys Competitions Ltd ("we", "us"), company number 17443203, registered office 77-78 Hannah Street, Porth, Rhondda Cynon Taf, CF39 9PY. By entering you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. Directors, employees and shareholders of Emrys Competitions Ltd or of any company connected to it, and their immediate families, cannot enter.

3. How to enter (paid)
Each competition shows its prize, ticket price, maximum number of entries and closing date. To enter, answer the skill question correctly and complete your purchase. Entries with an incorrect answer are not entered into the draw.

4. Free postal entry
You can enter any competition without payment. Send a postcard or sealed letter, by first or second class post only, to: Emrys Competitions, 77-78 Hannah Street, Porth, Rhondda Cynon Taf, CF39 9PY. Include your full name, address, email address, phone number, the name of the competition and your answer to the skill question. One entry per envelope. Entries must arrive before the closing date. Free entries are treated in exactly the same way as paid entries.

5. The draw
Each draw is held live on the date shown for that competition, and the winning ticket is chosen by the random draw tool built into our platform. If a draw date changes we will say so on the competition page.

6. Winners
The winner is contacted by email and phone using the details on their account. If we cannot reach a winner within 14 days, we may select a new winner. Winners are shown on our website by first name and initial, for example Sam T.

7. Prizes
Prizes are as described on the competition page. We may, at our discretion, offer a cash alternative, but we are never required to. If a prize is unavailable, we may offer a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Refunds and cancellations
If a competition has not sold out by its closing date, we may extend the closing date. If it still has not sold out after the extension, we will refund every paid entry in full. Entries are otherwise non-refundable once placed.

9. Safe play
You can set spending limits in your account settings. If you are concerned about your spending, contact us or visit BeGambleAware.org.

10. Your data
We use your details to run competitions, contact winners and manage your account, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. General
We may update these terms before a competition opens, and not during it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
